Refund Policies

Payment in full is required at the time of registration. We accept credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and Discover). A full refund will be issued for cancellations received 3 business days prior to the class start date or in the event of cancellation by the instructor. A refund will only be given if a medical excused is provided to the Information Center at 1-888-LGH-INFO after the 3 business days timeframe has passed or class has begun. The Information Center staff will issue all refunds and note the reason for the refund in the participant’s record. All medical excuses must be received prior to completing 50% of the total class sessions.
